OK, here is the story. About 10 months ago I purchased my first Dynaco 70. It was in rough shape but the transformers were in great shape as well as most of the tubes. It needed a lot of work and was not sure it was worth the investment to bring it back up to acceptable condition. I found someone who needed the transformers so I sold it to him but I kept the EL34's. At that time I was able to test them [3 tubes] they all tested very good and no gas. I also did not know how easy it is to erase the writing on the tubes. I sprayed them with windex to clean them up and wiped some but not all of the writing off the tubes. luckily I did not clean the blown tube which has all the info. So here is the info.
It was a matched set, Single getter, General electric marked 6CA7 GT. Britain, also XF4,B9H1 and RN 188-5. Black base, hole in the guide pin and smooth on the top. I think these are Mullard. Does any have a clue as to the possible value of the 3 remaining tubes as I wish to sell them.
