I just made him an offer...

    NO, I DIDN'T!

    That isn't a collection...it's an ACCUMULATION!

Collection, accumulation or hoard. Maybe hoard is a better word for it?

In my defense, I was assuming Bose - if he had any Bose stuff - would be listed near the top. I guess I aborted my search prematurely. Now I'm not sure what to do.

It would appear that his opinion of Bose is pretty near the bottom...where he put it on his list!

I admit I cheated...I used the Search function on my browser to find the Bose. Otherwise, I might
have gotten eyestrain from reading that list of STUFF! cyclops

Not to hijack this thread but last year I ran across these speakers touted as the worlds most expensive pair of speakers. They are the Hart Audio D&W Aural Pleasure Loudspeaker. Price? About 4.7 million USD per pair. Start saving your pennies - lol.
Read about them at the link below.

They look like boxing gloves that somebody had bronzed, as though they were their baby's first shoes...

I don't know about the tweeter, but the driver is a Tannoy Dual Concentric. Or an almost perfect looking copy.

Maybe the guy took a picture of someones electronic repair area 30 years ago and has decided to try to collect a quick half Million before he moves to places unknown. I have old black and white pictures of my dad's repair shop that look about the same.

I'd like to have a pair of JBL L100's. I passed up buying those and got DCM Timewindows instead. I know the JBL's certainly aren't audiophile type speakers but it seams every other dorm room had a pair back in the day and now I kinda wish I could find a pair in really really good condition.

However I want to add a few custom items to my motorcycle so hii stuff is on hold for the time being.
