    New Jeff Beck studio effort. Warning: heavy doody track will try your system from top to bottom, try your patience, and generally offend your sensibilities. Gotta love it. And I listen to 99% "Classical"....

    The album's called "Loud Hailer" {Brit for "megaphone"}

    Hey, Corndog - that's real! What a set of pipes, and what an interesting concept - no barrier music. Thank you!

    Don't get no better than this
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2C5EPmR7YdY

    This was Fairport Convention, on Unhalf-Bricking, a common Irish description for the fence her parents are standing in front of. Sandy was lead lead singer for the Strawbs.

    Far and way the strangest YouTube MUSIC video  I have seen. This is the group GWAR and their "hit" (I use the term very loosely here ..) "Have You Seen Me?" from 1992. They are a "shock rock" group from Virginia. Has to be the strangest music video I have ever seen! - Nice costumes they have on? Parental discretion is advised on the lyrics. The first two minutes are in black and white and the rest in color .. See if you can actually make it to the end of the video before shutting this kind of crap off - lol. This type of music makes "hip-hop" look good !

    GWAR, they remind me a little...ok a lot of the acts I saw in Max's late 70's early 80's. Von Elmo, Sick F$%ks, and many others that I can't recall their names now! Weirdness, but as we always said, better than hanging around West New York.

    You don't have to worry about Gwar anymore. Their main man died of a heroin overdose a few years ago.

    BUT...in defense of my home town, I give you the definitive version of Hey Joe by Richmond's own immortal Hazards...

    Wow, Dave, that sure brings me back - back to Farfisa Organville, cheesy trebly guitars, rubber-band bass, and above all to pubescent diction - I couldn't understand one blessed word. And the DJ annotation on the label needs no explanation....for two minutes, I was 14 again.

    I've still got a 45 of this and it sounds KILLER through the VTA ST70, SP14 and Ph14. It sounds just like it's supposed to. Freakin' brutal.
