well finally the plates from FPE arrived today for my SP9-PH10 preamp.
Still waiting on transformer, I went with a conventional unit instead of the toroid due to space limitations, and the Hammond wooden chassis, these should arrive in the next day or so.
I have mounted the PCB's, controls & knobs.
The knobs are old Fender style, to keep that old school look, the on/off switch too is an old Marshall style.
I'll do some wiring tonight between the pcb's and controls. The 'on' light will be mounted on the front of the wooden chassis. And yes, I did make sure the power transistor is mounted correctly allowing for it to be on the under side of the pcb.
I also have a plate for the rear, will take and add photo's of that later.
The anodized finish is light bronze.
Photo's can be seen here, http://s1029.photobucket.com/user/MontanaWay/slideshow/SP9-PH10%20Preamp
