and a huge thanks to both Bob & Roy for continuing to help keep the Dyanco legacy alive and offer products for the audio enthusiast who are looking for quality tube audio gear with high value at a reasonable cost.
As a builder owner of an ST-120 (650 hrs) amp and most recently SP-14 (35 hrs) I can honestly tell you purchasing comparable gear would have been way out of my budget range.

It's a credit to the mod(s) and members that this board is totally absent of flamers and hucksters. I'm grateful to all for the sage advice I've received and friends I've made, and also appreciate the subtle and self-deprecating humour that seems to run through it.
It's a must-visit most days here . . . never know when some new topic is going to pique one's curiosity.

I have to concur. I don't do much DIY, but I keep reading the posts here to prepare for the day when I do. And the amount of info I get here is staggering sometimes.

Another pleasing fact about this board: everyone who posts here is very civil, and I haven't really seen any flaming.

So, thanks Bob and thanks everyone else for making this the most pleasant audio site I've ever been to. Of course, it's easy for us all to be pleasant -- we all already own the best amps possible and don't feel the need to prove anything.

That's because word got around about what happened to the last flaming huckster who stopped by here ...

This is my daily read, too.  I'd be lost without you all.

While I'm busy building other things I lurk....but my MK IIIs are next in line for the bench.
Oh and my SP-12 really wants to be an SP-14.....
And the other five things that need recapped and put back into service.

But this is still home for me.

And thank you Bob! My ST-120 turns 2 years old in Dec. 2014. Just installed newer interconnects/ speaker wires and the amp keeps rewarding me with great sound. Indeed the best bargain in a tube amp. Thanks again...

Thanks for the site Bob. I enjoy reading all the technical inputs/links almost daily. My VTA ST70 is only 2 1/2 months old and i'm really enjoying it. Just roll in some KT88's - nice. Maybe next year a preamp.

Great board, helpful people and a lot of good info. I'm glad to see it's growing.
