Are those fingerprints on those M125s?

The shame of it, time for a Windex on cloth wipe-down!!!!!!!!

I finished my first mono block and took a few pics of the transformers painted with Harley black wrinkle engine paint before I powered the block up. Now onto the second one.

Love the HD wrinkle paint. I painted my cage with the same. I was thinking about painting the transformers and the outside of the can capacitor with it. To me, the can capacitor always draws attention to itself when it should blend in and let the tubes be the showcase.

An update on my M125’s, after playing them almost every night now for a month I have nothing but praise for these beasts.  The Jim McShane’s matched KT-120s have settled in nicely and also the NOS Westinghouse 12BH7A with JAN RCA 5963s in the front positions sound sweet. I’ve been listening to my 45 year old vinyl collection and hearing notes I’ve never heard before.

If you are thinking about acquiring these amps, I would highly recommend them. The best bang for the buck IMHO.

Bob and Mr McShane are great people to deal with.
