Tylers in the house! Empty Tylers in the house!

Sounding great! Thanks to everyone (kently, deepeee, Bob L.) here who encouraged me to try the Tylers. The VTA ST 70 drives them fine. I think I have to crank the vol. one notch over the Klipsch RF 62 II I was using.

(One year old set of Halo 1's. Came in perfectly packaged and in mint condition.)

    Yay Dave!!
They look great. One of the nicer things about the Halo series is that they are sealed cabs, so placement becomes much less problematical. And though they're sealed boxes, they are remarkably efficient.
Doesn't Tyler do a fantastic job in packing, too?

Welcome to the Tyler fan-club, Dave. One year old is hardly broken in; they'll keep sounding better and better. To re-phrase an old Buick slogan, "When better speakers are built, Tyler will build them."

I've been spinning records ever since I got the Tyler's hooked up. I heard things on Tubular Bells I've never heard before and I've been listening to that since the week import copies first hit the USA.

These are just super nice. And yes, they were in bullet proof packaging.

Tyler Acoustics speakers (Link below) are really high end speakers at not so high end prices. Tyler Lashbrook, the company owner, uses primarily Danish Seas and Scanspeak drivers and very good quality crossovers. These speakers are only sold through the internet so there is no middle man involved in the pricing structure. They also have a generous "trade up" plan if you want to trade in your speakers for a more expensive model. They also have USED speakers (that are the speakers that were traded in) at reasonable prices. See Used Speaker link below ..

I have two pair of Tyler Acoustics speakers here. Very nice sounding speakers at reasonable prices ..
