The reason the amp is down is that I stripped one of the speaker jacks and can't tighten down without slipping. Email sent to info@tubes4hfi.com to order a pair just a few minutes ago. Bob, does Roy M. handle repair type parts or where can I order some replacements?

You can get speaker jacks at DigiKey, Mouser, Parts Connexion or Parts Express as well as DynaKit Parts.

Good to know about other sources. Dynakit shipping is quite steep. They wanted $98 for overnight shipping! I got 2-day USPS priority for $11.59 which is reasonable enough.
Bob confirmed the parts I order were OK for my 5-year old ST-120 but said he switched to a different type that is sold today. So check with Bob!

Yes - The older posts were the two post binding posts. As of May 2017, all VTA amps now come with the 3 post binding posts as seen in the photo below. The three post binding posts now allow the amps to be set up for any TWO impedances (4 and 8 ohm, 4 and 16 ohm or 8 and 16 ohm).

I am not too pleased with the Dynakit 2-post speaker jack replacements. They look the same but these replacements don't have the nice brass inserts in the housing but rather plastic and a few washers instead. Makes it impossible to lightly cinch down the post to a spade lug. So will be looking next time for better speaker jacks.
