pc-706 power transformer filament current Empty pc-706 power transformer filament current

    Hello,

I want to run 2 x 5as4 rec tubes( thats all i have floating around here) in this Sunn 1968 2000s bass head (it has the potted A-450/ a451 o/t.)

The amp has a dynaco pc-706 power transformer, does anyone know the 5v filament current rating of this power xformer.

I have run the tubes in the amp, and the filament voltage sits at 4.92v on standby, I just don't want to fry the power xformer if they are 4A ( the 5ar4/gz34 stock tubes draw only 1.9A each, the 5as4 draw 3A each)

    thanks
