Also note, there is a difference between using "microphone cable" and shielded audio cable.
Notice the two miniature shielded audio cable (it's actually S-video cable, similar to RG174)
on either side of the far left input tube
oh yeah, and all those wires on the left side of the top photo, they were all stuffed inside the case
covering up all of the tubes inside
