Who's added MC transformers to their preamp?

Going to take the SP-8 apart again and this time add a MC input.

Have you added step ups to your preamp?
Which ones did you use? Where did you get them?
Any info appreciated.

Lundahls at K&K http://www.kandkaudio.com/mccartsetup.html are about the only ones I've found.

I looked at SUTs and concluded those that were up to the performance of Roy's preamps - in my case a PH15 were too expensive for my present budget. I am using an active stage for now - a s/h Graham Slee EXP until I can buy a couple of Hashimoto HM3s.
