Greetings all,
Recently I completed my build of a Z- mod preamp. This is a build on a home built chassis.
I am now at the testing phase, but at the power supply there is no power at the B+.
I am using the upgraded regulated power supply.
I have re-checked component to schematic placement according to the manual and I don't see any errors.
There is however two eyelets on the board for 230vac connection to pins 6 and 1 of the 12x4 socket and diodes to ground.
I did not make this connection, since I did not think that this was necessary.
My question is ....is this wiring necessary? Is it a reason that the power supply is not powering up?
