I have a Thorens TD-160 that I need to have setup on a wall shelf because of the suspension system. When I put it on the top shelf of my audio rack it is too sensitive to any movement in the floor.
So how much ventilation space above the VTA ST-120 with KT120's? The amp and the tubes do not get extremely hot as its currently configured...but I just don't want to restrict airflow that would cause the amp to get too hot.
If it comes down to it I will get a fan to setup behind the amp. If that's what I need to do can someone direct me to the kind of fan that I can plug into a wall outlet that's quiet and moves large volumes of air? I was thinking of something like the fan that would go inside a computer case. But as I said...110v?
