SP-8 potentiometer question Empty SP-8 potentiometer question

Post by Tom Wed Apr 13, 2011 12:10 pm

Another in a series of dumb questions. Sorry! My first preamp.

Could anyone share potientiometer values with me please for the volume and balance on an SP-8?

Do I need the balance? Will the two sides be different enough to need balancing?
If I leave the balance out, will the volume pot value be the same?

    Any help appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Tom

    Thanks!
Of course, I already put a 50K in.... Razz
    Should I replace it?

Almost ready to power up. Maybe next weekend. Very Happy
