    Patent Pending Empty Patent Pending

    Post by Pillo69 Sun Dec 09, 2012 11:43 am

    Hello.
As you know I live in Spain.
I have several American aircraft (Edison phonograph, Organette Melodia, Filmo8 projector, ....) which I could get a copy of the patents.
I searched the ST70 amplifier copy, numbered 2,815,407 and 2,815,408 which expecifica in the instruction manual. But in seeking patent numbering PAS preamp in the manuals, all I've seen "patent pending".
Anyone know how I can locate copies of patents PAS??.
    Thank you.
    José

Oops... Sorry you need more info on the PAS patents. At the link below for US Patent Office try a search with the work "Dynaco". You'll have to sift through some unrelated ones but worth a try. Also a patent could have been rejected after application. Maybe someone else has better knowledge...

I just Googled "US Patent 2815407" and "US Patent 2815408" and came up with the follow.

    2815407
    2815408

You can obtain official patent copies from the US Patent and Trademark Office

    Patent Pending Empty American Aircraft

Post by DynakitParts Sun Dec 09, 2012 2:35 pm

    Hi Jose,
I'm not familar with any American aircraft produced under the name of Edison.

    Was this an Ultra-Light?

    Sorry ...., error in translation.
    I meant "some devices".
    A greeting.

Bear in mind that although Dynaco may have APPLIED for a patent, and thus showed "Patent Pending" in their literature, a patent might not have been granted, in which case it will not be found in a patent search.

    Hello.
Apart from the two patents mentioned the ST70 (Audio amplifier and transformers), I found the preamp and the center channel speaker.
I'll keep looking for more, as I think there is another on the regulation of tone.
This documentation think would be of interest to include in the download with the manuals.
    A greeting.
