    it's been awhile since I've seen much info on the MK3 amps, I built a couple of them last week for a customer with the VTA octal driver board,
    here's some photos of the two builds . . .

    this final photo shows the bias on each tube (50ma), and the B+ voltage at 455vdc

    Are those coupling caps Russian PIO covered in black shrink tube or "Black beauties" LOL
