    The Rat shack seems to be alive and well overseas SO FAR!. I live in Costa Rica and all the branches here appear to be in normal operating mode. I asked a salesman about RS closing in the US affecting them and he said they were not aware of any closing plans in Costa Rica. I guess we will see how it shakes out shortly....
