    Is it a 12X4?
    I admit it...I'm too lazy to unscrew the cover (and the pre-amp is kind of tricky to get to).

    Best to ask Roy Mottram at tubes4hifi. If they're 9-pins most likely they're 12x4s. The octals use 6x5s.
