Mind-bogglingly gorgeous. Looks like the Jackson Pollack School of Design on the outside, and the interior of a dumpster behind a crappy Italian restaurant on the inside. I particularly enjoyed "supper precision steped volume control" which seems to be controlled mysteriously by a single toggle switch. Certainly a one-of-a-kind find - accept no substitutes!

Perhaps fittingly, the current high bid is substantially lower than half the shipping cost.

That's an insult to Jackson Pollock and crappy Italian restaurant dumpsters!

Does the knot tied in the zip cord constitute an inductor?

Looks similar to my first attempt at a tube preamp.

The knot is an "audiophile grade" strain relief ... and oh what a relief it is!

No love for the stepped on attenuator??
