    Tube Question Empty Tube Question

Post by bluemeanies Fri Apr 05, 2019 12:22 pm

I have the m125's with 8 Genalex Output tubes using a Mullard rectifier tube.
Is this ok or should I be using the Weber SS.

Also I have the Mullard M8136 in the front position and the GE 12BH7A in the second position...is this combo ok?
If not should I go for four of the same?

    Thank you,
    Frank

    MULLARD GZ33

Did some research...my m125's for the rectifier sockets were wired with the DIODE MOD. Also my 803d2's are 90db efficient..so I feel a bit better since reading that the Genalex KT88's Output tubes can put a strain on the rectifier tubes.

Thanks for responding and feel free to add.
