I’ve tried everything possible to figure this out. I’ve included a pic of my setup in the hope that someone might come up with a solution.

This is just too easy. Simply replace the grey wire with a red wire and everything will be alright... Just like painting flames on a car.

I removed the ground prong from all 129 power cords, and though it was a painstaking endeavour, the hum is now gone. cheers

The wiring is impeccably done. I especially like the twisting of the heater wires — professional looking. I can’t determine if the wiring is the cause of fuse failure; or anything else for that matter. I would stop wasting money on replacing blown fuses and short the fuse holder with a small piece of audiophile-approved wire.

    Glad I could help.

Haha, or just pour a little bolognese over that and go to town.

Just unplug the power cords, Keep in mind that the hum is a sign from above, to tun in your own inner frequencies.
