    Uses for a PAM-1 Empty Uses for a PAM-1

Hello everyone. I've been a dynaco fan since i unearthed an ST70 and PAS3 from the basement of the house i am renting and was told they're yours. I got em both up to modern standards and have been enjoying them ever since. As a bass player I've been a SUNN fan forever. grew up with my dads 2000S and bought a 200S as well. It was awesome to find out that a 200S is made from a MKIII. knowing that I bought a MkIII and use it as a power amp for my standalone bass preamps with great success. I also have a PAM-1 that I was thinking of converting to bass preamp use. copying the sunn preamp section and using the umbilical to power it off the MKIII. I realize this means pretty much gutting it and using the chassis. any thoughts on this idea? worthwhile?
    thanks

If you gut it, I could use one of the AC plugins off the back Very Happy
