I'd call Grant Fidelity if you are seriously thinking of trying this. Ask them if this is really a sub for the GZ34. I got a quad of Shuguang Treasure KT88 tubes from Grant and the people are pretty good and straight forward to deal with.

Good recomendation. The PSVANE tubes are rather new and there is not a lot of information or reports on the sound quality. I have enough NOS Mullard GZ34's and like them. When a company copies and produces a Western Elecric tube it certainly says they are motivated to produce the best.

I recently ordered a quad of Shuguang Treasure KT88 tubes and have not received them yet. How do they compare with the Gold Lions or the Tung Sol KT-120's? What 12AT's did you pair with the Shug's?
