    I have my own passive VU meter driver circuit on a small pcb, that pcb mounts directly on to the back of those VU meters, the input is derived from the speaker output posts

    That is a nice looking build. I am considering an amp build using a Tubelab.com PC board. Could you by chance divulge the cost from Front Panel Express for your two panels. In particular though is the cost for the top panel. My top panel will look similar. Thanks in advance.
