The next time you're in San Francisco, be sure to check out the funky record shop on Green Street, near Grant, in North Beach. I picked up a couple of real treasures there yesterday, a Terry Gibbs Dream Band ($8.00) disc and a Bill Hardman ($5.00) recording which will never be found commercially on digital. People can argue all they want about digital vs. vinyl, but there's so much great stuff out there you can't find anywhere but it great old record shops like this. And both disks play like they're new. A great find on both!
