SP14 to M125 interconnect length Empty SP14 to M125 interconnect length

So from the SP14 to M125, would there be a sonic difference between say a 1-2 foot interconnect length and 9-10 feet, using same cable type and same plugs?

Output caps of SP14 is 1uf.

Cable is ~30pf capacitance per foot.

    Short answer is: NO.

    Much longer answer:
    a) Assuming high-quality connections, good wire and proper workmanship, interconnects of up to 20 feet, or so, are typically inaudible. Some pre/amp combinations tolerate 50' or more.
    b) This is not to suggest that differences cannot be measured. They can.
    c) And, as always, the longer the interconnect, the more critical good shielding becomes.

But, the bottom line is that you should be fine with so small an actual difference.
