Does anyone recognize the manufacturer and/or mods applied to the below ST-70 Clone that I own?

bias adjustment points are missing. This makes it harder to keep running.

Under my humble contribution, I see an ST70 with replacement of GZ34 by solid state and polarization of individual EL34. I don't know if the 7199 have also been replaced (I don't see it).

The larger tubes all tested strong as a 6CA7 on my C.G. Industries calibrated and upgrade Heathkit TT1A. One 7199 tested strong and the other tested weak.
