Does this guy sell NOS tubes or just well tested old tubes? I've looked at that web site many times and have never seen him mention "NOS".
Of course, it's really hard to nail down exactly what is a NOS tube at this late date.

Don't forget the Russian 6n14n (aka 6p14p) as subs for the EL 84's. You can get these from Eastern European sellers on eBay and they are rugged good sounding tubes. Here's a USA guy selling them:

And if you run across a quad of E84L's, grab them. (Extra long life EL84's). Usually Sieman's or something like Polam.

Are you sure you need to replace the tubes at all?
NOS vs new new ones. Much is written about the merits of each. Unless you are sure you need a another set of tubes it may be best to just use the ones in there until they give you good reason to change them.
