Greetings. I think I may be to far away in Rochester, NY. However if you tell us what is wrong we maybe able to walk you thru a repair that you do. What is it doing or not doing? Do you need it fixed or completely restored? More info will help us. A few photos as well. Thanks

About 10 yrs ago the PT failed. It was replaced with a PT from Dynakit. Everything went together fine, except the amp seems to run much hotter than before. I don't know if its normal or not, and have been afraid to use it for years. The friend who helped me install the transformer believed that there may been a short in the new transformer. At the time I refuse to believe this, but I have since heard of bad transformers from dynakit, particularly from that time period.
