I Recently had my st70 rebuilt.
1. Eliminated quad cap can, Triode/Pentode switch
2. Replaced GZ34 with 2 parallel JAN Sylvania 5V4G
3. The 5V4G supply up to 320 mA
4. Tube lag is gone
5. Used custom made Oak chassis
6. Connect 4 & 8 ohm outputs
7. No more problems 2 overworked GZ34
8. No humm, noise, static. Super quie
9 Power tubes are quad of Telefunken EL34
10. Bias is slightly cool. (35 mA) to help vintage t

11. Sylvania v6189w , gold pin 3 mica in V1. V3 phasr inverters, input V2 Sylvania 5814. Gold pin 3 mica
Terrific sound speakers : Cerwin Vegas E710. 200 watts per channel, 98 dbbsensitivity, 8 ohm
