SDS LABS Capacitor Board Dynaco PAS 3

Could anyone share where they grabbed power from to feed this board? All the connections are self explanatory on the silkscreen of the board other than where J17 & J18 connect to.

FMZIP --- These are the links from Triodelectronics in the Chicago Area for a previous version of the SDS Cap Bd for the PAS, the hook up should be similar:

J1 and J2 are from the transformer for the filaments. But J1, J3 and J5 are all connected together, and J2, J4, and J6 are also all connected together. So the blue transformer wires and the lamp wires and the rectifier filament wires can use any combination of the groups of pads.
