SP14 Preamp - fuse size needed

Finally after snatching time here and there I have finished my SP14. I realised last night I didn't have a fuse. I didn't buy a complete kit.
I am hoping to find the fuse requirements so I can pick some up on the way home. I've emailed Roy but he's 8 hours behind me in Blighty.
I will be using UK mains voltage obviously so will halve US current.

I use (USA voltage) a 2 amp slo blo in mine as per Roy's recommendation, although one can probably get by with even less than that. For you a 1 amp slo blo should be fine.

Well after a slight hiccup where I couldn't see any HT which reinserting the rectifier appeared to solve, my SP14 is up and delivering the goods. It's getting better by the hour as everything burns in.
I thought it may have too much gain together with my Leak Stereo 20 but seems fine. I am using a Khozmo stepped shunt attenuator which was quite noisy at first when I stepped it along. I gave it lots of turns back and forth and I think it's ok now
Been playing a selection of music. Frank Zappa, Sade, Kate Bush and now Bach's Goldberg Variations, the latter sounding quite exquisite. Due to work needed on my power amp the right channel is well down with some hum and it's like more like mono but I have virtually all the parts to sort that out. Well it does have mainly 1963 components.
When my shipment of Russian PIO caps arrive I will fit some in the SP14 and some in the Leak.
So this is my first all valve system - PH15 phono, SP14 Pre and Leak Stereo 20 and I am a very happy man.
