Love that faceplate! Although I wonder why it says "Supper".

The 45 watts is only in quatrode mode ...

Does remind me of a recent conversation with The Tube Store ...

Recently purchased a set of TungSol KT120s. What do you recommend I use to get those silly little "tube store" stickers off the bases??

I'm not aware of any silly stickers on our tubes.

My bad ... should I have said "how do I get those silly little tubes off your stickers?"

PS ... we wuz just havin' fun, but those shiny chrome bases on the KT120s need to be seen. Apparently the trick is heat. They suggest hitting them with a blow dryer and they should peel right off. They also suggest saving the stickers so they can match the tube when one blows.

I think that whoever built the faceplate didn't know how to spell.

The spelling is terrible on the link too. I will post it later I'm at work.
I got the sticker glue off with alcohol and a cloth after peeling.

I'll give the owner of the amp the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the spelling; I think he also has an amp with less wattage with the word "Breakfast" on it - for quieter listening in the morning. Laughing

    Very funny Cap'n.
But if you really want to go coconuts here is the link for this amp its actually a interesting site, they have a lot of other good stuff on there.
But, as a Canadian I have to laugh first then to apologize on behalf of my countrymen for the text because the owners are no doubt French Canadian. I recognize a lot of the ways they destroy the English language but if you read it more than once you get the idea.

Yeah, the translation is a little rough. There are thousands of people in Quebec that are bilingual and for this company to find one, would not have been impossible.

The confusion arose when the French arrived in Quebec it was ruled by an Indian chief called "Speaks three languages badly".
