I recently saw references to Tung Sol KT150s. Does anyone know anything about them? Would they work in a ST120 or M125? If so, any changes required? Any benefits?
Thanks.

I have heard of the "coming" of the Tung-Sol KT150's but as far as I know, the distributor, Newsensor in NY, does not as yet have them available for sale ..merlot wrote:I recently saw references to Tung Sol KT150s. KT-120's were announced several years before they actually hit the shelves?Bob Latino wrote:I have heard of the "coming" of the Tung-Sol KT150's but as far as I know, the distributor, Newsensor in NY, does not as yet have them available for sale ..

I agree...I would think the M125 would be more suited to KT150. It would be interesting to know what the output of only 2 tubes per channel in that amp would be?
I found this on the net. Apparently they are available in other parts of the world.merlot wrote:I recently saw references to Tung Sol KT150s. Does anyone know anything about them? Would they work in a ST120 or M125? If so, any changes required? Any benefits?
