I get the same thing ... He must be having problems with his web site .. Scroll way down to the bottom of the web page and there is some of the web site showing ..

everyone everywhere has an occasional problem with web sites going down for a couple hours.
It's random, but typically happens to everyone sometime at least once a year.
Alot of times it's just servers being backed up or updated, or someone tripped over a cable.
Kind of like a power outage when the wind blows hard. Just wait a couple hours. Back online !
