    Hey Guys -

Just to say a bif thanks to everyone who helped me with the rebuild of my ST-70, now with VTA board. I'm attaching a couple pics to this thread.

When I go tit together, it wasn't working.....kind members pointed me toward the idea that it might be bad output tubes: and so it proved (just about the only things I hadn't replaced). With the new tubes it's very quiet at idle, and so sweet sounding! It certainly improved a lot over the first hour, or maybe that was just my ears fooling me?

Anyways, thanks again and Happy New Year to all!! Very Happy
