    Just curious.
Owners of the m125, what tubes are you using? Output, Rectifier, Phase and Driver tubes.
    2/4 Output tubes.

    My list
    KT88's (2)
    Phase GE12BH7A
    Driver CV4003
    Rectifier Mullard GZ33

    Thanks,
    Frank

Mine are still being reconceptualized but I already plan on using KT120s. Not sure about driver tubes. Probably will find some older 12AU7/6189/5963.

    pedrocols,
Seems like you'd have the GZ33 in the amp and the Weber in the drawer?

If you are asking me...you are correct, however I am considering some changes.

LeGrace...your setup is the most intriguing. Why such diversity with your tubes and what is your impression of what your are hearing other than you love what you hear.
Also what speakers are you driving with your m125's.

I am conducting a long term A/B comparison test so see which I prefer...actually I need to relieve some pressure on the CC before I can even consider another quad of 120's. Speakers are venerable Tannoy D700's. Great synergy with the M125's.

Nice looking speakers...I never heard them but very appealing looking.
There is NO RELEASE VALVE ON THE CC

I use Tung-sol KT120 output tubes and JJ 12bh7 driver tubes with Mullard GZ37/33 rectifiers.
