I just want to tell the tale of great service from Tube Depot!
January was a pretty good month, so I decided to order an NOS Mullard GZ37, to replace the Ruby 5AR4 rectifier.
Unfortunately, my tube arrived in a crushed box an, no surprise, the tube's glass was pulverized.
A quick email, with photo, to Tube Depot sent at midnight, and by 7:00 am, I had a friendly reply letting me know a replacement was on the way. Today it arrived, safe and sound!
My thanks to Tube Depot -- I've dealt with them quite a few times. First time I've had a problem, and it was literally no problem at all. There are a number of great tube, and other product and service vendors, who've received positive forum approval and endorsement. I'd add Tube Depot to that list . . . if they aren't already recognized by other Dyna-Basket Cases besides me-self.
