PAM - 1 Hum one side Empty PAM - 1 Hum one side

I have 2 Pam -1 and One PAM/side hums a little more than I would like. Time to do filter can cap? Does not matter volume up or down. Tried swapping plugs on power supply. Hum Definitely follows Right PAM.

A constant hum not based on volume typically indicates both filter caps and any other low-value caps (black beauties) on the board(s). Do them all.

Try 2 new tubes first(best). Or swap between them(fair as one risks a working amp by disturbing it)
