    The NFB connection from the transformers (yellow wires from VTAst70 transformers) are connected to C11 and C12 correct?

    They are butted against each other on the board but I cant tell if the traces connect.

    Yes.  Also connects to R7 and R8.  Roy has pics of the board on his site:
