Has anyone ever gotten a cover for the quad cap? I was thinking of a black one or paintable that I could just slide over the large quad cap? This is just for aesthetics.

You can also polish the quad cap like what was done on the two custom VTA M-125 amps below.

You can get a new quad cap at the link below .. Peel off the sticker that you will find on the cap and then use a buffing wheel with some polish on it to shine up the quad cap.
