PAS 3 capacitor functions on the line stage board 5 Empty PAS 3 capacitor functions on the line stage board 5

I have been rebuilding a PAS 3 and was wondering if these caps change the frequency balance of the output.  If they do, how do they change it?
    * The 1 uf caps that comes from the right and left bass tone pots (connecting to line board inputs 5 and 12)?
    * The .0075 uf caps in the line board circuit?

If they don't change the frequency balance, was is their function?
    Thanks.

Their function is to isolate DC and keeping the AC to pass. As both are large enough
they won't change frequency in the audio range.
