M-125 break-in with Dummy load resistor. Empty M-125 break-in with Dummy load resistor.

Hello,  Does anyone know if it is safe to use a dummy load resistor to break in a newly built M-125's. Would it be safe to run my amps at low to medium volume into a pair of 200watt 8 ohm non inductive resistors? I can't have music playing all the time otherwise I'd just use the speakers!  Thanks for any help.
