I am trying to find out what Dynaco's official name for this panel was. Also looking for any documentation like brochures and manuals .

There is a copy of the Dynaco DSC-1 manual at the link below ... It may have the info that you need ? When you have the manual on your screen, you can hit the "+" or Zoom button at the bottom of the document which allows you to change the size of the pages.
