I have one that is unbuilt, it uses 4 tubes and I don't know were to start. Any help would be great!!!!!!!

I build one 25 years ago, it had NO documentation, and it really didn't sound all that great, personally I wouldn't spend $60 to stuff parts onto it

I agree with Roy here. You don't have any documentation for the board and you have a manufacturer that is now out of business. You will have no support in case of an issue that might crop up with the board. Personally I wouldn't use the GSI board at all and just buy a new driver board for your amp. I have heard most of the driver boards out there today for the ST-70 and IMHO the VTA driver board is the best of the bunch at least of the ones that I heard.
