Got the board done, mocked it up on the bench and sound came out! I am going to add a Chi-Fi remote volume and input control. Once that is sorted, I have a nice case to house it.

A couple more pictures of progress. All I have left to do is move the remote sensor and input and power LEDs, and hook up the VU meters. I envisioned this as a universal platform to test various preamp designs. The chassis has remote volume, input switching, and power. Many different preamp boards can be used with a few connection changes. The tone controls and loudness switch are not used in this version. Sounds really sweet hooked up to my VTA ST-120. I have a PRT-05A board up next.
