I don’t mind the top mount but considering how hot the PT gets I would’ve given it a little more breathing room.

You are going to sell these a lot. It's got good ergonomics, with one small caveat, the IEC socket. If heat from PT was minimal, I wouldn't even mention it, but we all know how how hot they run. I like that everything is on the top plate and detachable from the base, great for troubleshooting.
The IEC socket still have some room towards the edge of the chassis, and could be moved farther from the power transformer. I have dedicated power cords, whose heads are nearing two inches in diameter, not sure it would fit the IEC as it is, ..... just in case.
The face-lift is turning out very nice indeed.

If that cable fits and only gets a little warm then I suppose that’s fair.

Some will object to the vertical angle when used in/on a rack and also sitting next to the PT

I agree. Unless there's a fancy 90 degree power connector or a pigtail, this might stress the connections.
At least with the speaker outputs, one can use horizontal pin connectors.
The power switch could be more conveniently located as well.
