    My St-70 came covered with rust on both the transformers and chassis So I stripped the old wiring and chassis checked the transformer winding  and painted then and  the rusty chassis Got some oak oiled it and mounted it on the chassis and the transformers also To measure the bias see the bass screws ends they are insulated put one end of your meter lead to the bass screw and the other to any other screw headMy rebuild St -70 St-7012
